New members for DSF

Five new Affiliate members have been welcomed into the DSF.

Megmilk Snow Brand, the first Japanese member, undertakes to create new value from milk by providing consumers with safe and reliable dairy products, including milk, yogurt, butter and cheese.

The California Dairy Research Foundation promotes research and development activities that benefit California’s dairy producers and processors in the consumer marketplace.

Sheffield University Management School’s Sustainable Management program is involved in research along with different stakeholders of the dairy supply chain (e.g. participatory approach through focus groups and workshops) on Dairy Supply Chain resilience, sustainability as well as nutritional security.

IFCN Dairy Research Network represents 98% of milk production volume. Via a unique combination of partnerships the IFCN represent the whole dairy chain from the farmer towards the consumers.

California Dairies Inc is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of butter, supplying all sectors of the butter market including consumer retail, food service, private label and food manufacturing.  California Dairies, Inc. also produces dry milk powders and other items including cheese, condensed products, fluid milk and specialty dairy products.
