Dairy’s Role in a Responsible and Sustainable Food System – new publication

Global Dairy Platform (GDP), in conjunction with the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and the U.S. Dairy Export Council (USDEC), has released a new technical publication - Dairy’s Role in a Responsible and Sustainable Food System. The report summarizes a webinar held last year that was attended by more than 500 people.  Available in both Spanish and English, the document provides robust technical information that can be used in preparation for the 2021 UN Food Systems Summit and the 2021 UN Climate Change Conference.
