DSF Webinar discussions
DSF Webinar discussions
In recent webinars, DSF members have heard about several fellow DSF members’ sustainability programmes and how they are tackling certain issues, challenges and success stories. In May Helen Dornom from Dairy Australia explored the challenge of keeping stakeholders engaged with your sustainability progress. In June, Anna Flysjö shared Arla’s sustainability journey in relation to managing and supporting the needs of their suppliers and demands of customers. At these meetings, we are encouraging greater discussion and participation from those attending and are now moving away from a “lecture” style meeting.
Andrew Fletcher of Dairy NZ is next up on 20 July and will outlining the New Zealand dairy sector sustainability strategy (Dairy Tomorrow) including both international and NZ domestic context behind the priority areas and goals and how this all aligns with the DSF.
We are looking for other members to volunteer to share their sustainability programs with DSF Members. The emphasis of these webinars is very much at the high level as opposed to the CI groups, which are focussed on the detail of specific DSF criteria. Do get in touch with the DSF secretariat if you would like to share your organisation’s sustainability program.
DSF Members can sign up to attend a webinar or catch on recordings of previous webinars by logging into the DSF Extranet.
