2024 DSF Annual Meeting
2024 DSF Annual Meeting
We hope that many of you are planning on joining us in person in Paris for the 11th DSF Annual Meeting on the morning of 14 October. We are delighted to confirm our keynote speaker, Ben Williams from Leprino Foods (UK), who will share a number of learnings from a recent farm level change project. As Sustainability Manager, Ben’s focus is to increase the sustainability of the milk Leprino Foods processes through sharing and supporting growing best practice in renewables, land use and sequestration of carbon, high welfare and productivity. With a background in practical agriculture, supply chain and processing as well as lean operations on farm experience, we believe you will not want to miss the opportunity to hear what Ben has to share!
Based on feedback from the 2023 Annual meeting, it is the intention of this meeting to focus on member experiences.
NOW is your opportunity to get involved! The DSF promotes the sharing of sustainability successes and learnings with members so that we may all progress positively. The Secretariat is working with the DSF Development Group to build this meeting to ensure there is something there for every member. The topics are not being specified so you can choose what you would like to share. We are though, looking for global coverage, so regardless of where you are implementing these programs, there is a place at the Annual Meeting for you to share!
This Annual Meeting will be an opportunity to share/validate/get feedback on any aspect of your sustainability program in smaller break-out groups.
We are hopeful that many of you will make the effort to come to the Annual Meeting to share your experiences with others in a supportive and positive environment.
Please get in touch with the DSF Secretariat if you are interested in showcasing any aspect of your sustainability program. Registration to book your place will open shortly.
For those unable to be with us in Paris, there will be a hybrid option for the plenary sessions, though of course our preference is to see you there with us! Spanish and Japanese interpretation will be provided for at least the main plenary sessions of the meeting.
