EU Sustainable Dairy Energy Efficiencies and Innovations fact book published

The Dairy Council for Northern Ireland has recently published its 2021 EU Sustainable Dairy Fact Book in conjunction with the EU and the European Milk Forum (EMF).  The publication sets out examples of how Northern Ireland dairy processing businesses make energy savings as well as reducing GHG emissions.  Read about in more detail and view the 2021 Fact Book.
