IDF Global Carbon Footprint standard for the dairy sector updated

The bulletin has been developed by IDF with Project Management provided by Global Dairy Platform for use by the dairy cattle farming and manufacturing sectors. Launched at the IDF World Dairy Summit, India, this 2nd update, developed by over 50 experts from 17 different geographies, contains changes in some key areas supported by robust scientific evidence in order to ensure the highest degree of consistency, as well as to allow comparability with the previous version and subsequent revisions.
