Management Plan Templates developed for DSF Members

Eight of the DSF Indicator Metrics are based around implementing a proactive improvement (Management) plan. Implementing and Aggregating Members that do not have access to the required 'Management Plan' can now benefit from proforma templates, developed by the DSF and released in March 2024, to support Members' reporting commitments.

These plans (in MS word) can be downloaded from the Members Resource Centre on the DSF website and can be edited to suit local needs.
