Yokohama, Japan, 28 October 2013 – The Session addressed the global dairy sector’s efforts to meet the needs of a growing population with higher demands for food in a sustainable way. Speakers detailed the collaborative efforts to date of the global dairy sector to develop a shared position on sustainability. It will also provide a first look at the global Dairy Sustainability Framework (DSF) that has resulted from the work of a multi-stakeholder team and how it is designed to complement existing activities at all levels across the dairy value chain.
